1. Eligibility

3. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Upload, store, or transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or other users' accounts.
• Use automated systems (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access the Services without prior consent.
• Misrepresent your identity, your business, or your affiliation with a brand or entity.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Access to certain features of the Services requires a paid subscription.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to provide valid payment details.
• Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled.
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Third-Party Integrations

• The Services may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., Gmail API, Stripe). By enabling these integrations, you authorize us to access and process data from those services as necessary to provide the features.
• We do not use Gmail data for advertising or sell Gmail data.
• Stripe processes payments according to its own Privacy Policy and compliance standards.

6. Data Ownership & Access

All data you input into the Services (including Sales, Projects, HRM, Accounting, Supply Chain, and Chats) remains your sole property.

We do not access or view your business, HR, accounting, or communication data except:

• When you explicitly request support and grant us temporary access.
• When required by law or legal order.

You are responsible for managing user permissions within your organization.

7. Intellectual Property & Brand Names

All intellectual property related to the Services, including software, trademarks, and content, is owned by One Connect or our licensors.

7.1 Brand Name Registration

• If you register on behalf of a company, organization, or brand and select their brand name within the Services, you warrant that you are the rightful owner or authorized representative.
• If the rightful brand owner submits an official request and you fail to provide proof of ownership or authorization, One Connect may:
  • Require you to change the brand name within your account.
  • Suspend or terminate your access to that brand name.

7.2 Proof of Ownership or Authorization

Valid proof may include (but is not limited to):

• Business registration certificates.
• Trademark registration documents.
• Power of attorney or signed authorization letter from the brand owner.
• Domain name ownership linked to the brand.

Failure to provide proof may result in removal of the disputed brand name from the Service.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our [Privacy Policy], which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain 24/7 availability of the Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• Planned maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect availability.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms.
• Fail to pay subscription fees.
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior.

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to the Services will end, but certain obligations (e.g., payment, legal compliance) will survive.

• The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.
• We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• One Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless One Connect, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of:

• Your use of the Services.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Disputes relating to brand name or intellectual property usage.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of Doha, State of Qatar.
• Any dispute, claim, or proceeding will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Doha, Qatar.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be effective as of the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
